We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the conditions and guidelines for returning products, requesting refunds, and other relevant policies.


Return Policy on Customer Remorse

If you change your mind, all items can be returned within 90 days starting from the day after you receive your order.
Please notify us for a seamless return process by emailing: support@zephta.us

Returns due to customer remorse are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is new and unused

  • For items with a manufacturer seal, the seal must be unopened

  • The item must not be damaged due to handling or use by the customer

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original accessories


Return Policy on Damaged, Wrong, or Dysfunctional Products

If any item arrives damaged, incorrect, or dysfunctional, please contact us directly via support@zephta.co.uk.

You have 90 days from the day after you receive your order to return such items for a refund or replacement. This also includes any product that becomes faulty within that 90-day window.

Return shipping is free for damaged, wrong, or faulty items – we’ll provide a return label.


How to Return an Order

  1. Email us at: support@zephta.co.uk

  2. For damaged/defective items, we’ll issue an RMA return label with prepaid shipping

  3. Pack the item neatly and securely, then ship it using the provided label


Order Cancellation

You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel, provided the item hasn’t shipped yet.
If your order has already shipped, follow the applicable return policy above based on your reason for returning.


Lost Shipments

If at least 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service at support@zephta.us.
Allow us up to 5 days to investigate with the courier.
If your package can’t be located, it will be declared lost and you’ll be eligible for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated once your return is received and inspected

  • Once approved, refunds take 5–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method

  • You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed


Warranty

All products are covered by a 3-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover misuse or accidental damage.
If your item becomes defective within 3 months of purchase, please contact us at support@zephta.co.uk, and we will organize a return for repair or replacement.
